Walk out of the guesthouse and you can have your feet in the sand in about ten minutes.

Noordwijk's centre is about fifteen minutes away on foot. Visit in spring and the flower fields begin only a few minutes from our door.

A Blue Flag beach

Noordwijk has held Blue Flag status for many years.

The award recognises clean water, a well-kept beach and good facilities, so you can swim and settle in with confidence.

Miles of coast to explore

The broad sandy beach gives you room to walk, find a quiet spot or watch the North Sea roll in.

Beach clubs line the coast, and wide paths run through the dunes for walking and cycling.

Come for a long beach walk, the spring flowers or an hour by the water. Noordwijk makes all three easy.

Things to do

The coast is only the beginning.

Walk or cycle through the dunes towards Katwijk, or head north towards Zandvoort. Keep an eye out for deer and foxes along the quieter paths.

Noordwijk has plenty of places for a drink after dinner.

Choose a cosy bar, listen to live music or find somewhere to dance. We can point you towards a place that suits your mood.

You can eat by the sea in every season.

Settle into a beach café or choose one of the restaurants in town. Tell us what you like and we will share the places we return to ourselves.

Noordwijk's centre is a pleasant place for a wander.

You will find independent boutiques, shoe shops, homeware and clothing stores, with many open on Sundays. Ask us if you are looking for a local favourite or a particular gift.
