The centre of Noordwijk is a little further, around fifteen minutes on foot. And if you visit in spring, you’ll find yourself surrounded by colourful flower fields only a few minutes away from the house.
The Blue Flag beach
Noordwijk’s long, sandy beach has been awarded the Blue Flag for many years.
This means the beach is clean, well cared for, and safe for swimming. The water quality is closely monitored, facilities are well maintained, and everything is set up so you can enjoy the sea with peace of mind.

The beach stretches for kilometres, with plenty of space to walk, sit, or simply look out over the water.

Besides the beach, there’s plenty to enjoy around Noordwijk.
The dunes between Noordwijk and the nearby coastal towns of Zandvoort and Katwijk are perfect for long walks, cycling, or a quiet bike ride through nature. It’s a peaceful area, and if you’re lucky, you might spot deer or foxes along the way.

If you feel like heading out in the evening, Noordwijk has a relaxed nightlife scene.
You’ll find a mix of cosy bars and a few lively spots where you can have a drink, listen to music, or dance a little — depending on your mood.
