For seafood or a more considered dinner: Salt and LUMÉ

Ask Valery for seafood and the answer is Salt. Its own kitchen is built around fish and shellfish, and the restaurant sits by the dunes with a broad view towards the North Sea. For guests who want seafood, setting and a sense of occasion in the same place, this is her clearest recommendation.

LUMÉ at Villa de Duinen is for the evening when cooking matters more than sand between your toes. Valery calls it a culinary treat and places it in a different price bracket from the casual beach addresses. For rain, a quick meal or takeaway: Copper and YAN
