We welcome reservations of two nights or more.
2. Reservation and payment
We confirm your reservation after we receive the €199 deposit. You can cancel at no charge up to 30 days before arrival.
3. Cancellation
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, we keep the €199 deposit. If you do not arrive, we charge the full reservation amount.
4. Arrival and departure
You can check in from 15:00 until 24:00. Check-out is before 11:00. Ask us if you need an earlier arrival or later departure; we will confirm what the booking calendar allows.
5. Smoking
Please do not smoke inside the guesthouse or anywhere in its outdoor areas.
6. Pets
We cannot welcome pets at Romantic Wellness.
7. Cooking
The compact kitchen has a refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. It has no hob and is not designed for cooking a full evening meal. Please do not bring cooking equipment.
8. Occupancy
The guesthouse accommodates no more than two guests. Please agree any visitor with us before they arrive.
9. Liability
Romantic Wellness is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests must pay for damage they cause to the guesthouse or its contents.
10. Events beyond our control
If a natural disaster, government measure, utility failure or another event outside our control affects your stay, Romantic Wellness may cancel or change the reservation without liability.
11. Dutch law
Dutch law governs these terms. A competent court in the Netherlands will handle any dispute.
