1. Minimum stay

A minimum stay of two nights applies to all reservations.

2. Reservation and payment

Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, the reservation amount may be charged. In the event of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.

3. Cancellation policy

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations after this will be charged the down payment of € 160,00. In case of No-Show, the whole reservation will be charged.

4. Check in and check out

Check-in is possible from 15:00 until 24:00. Check-out must take place before 11:00. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.

5. Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including inside the accommodation and in outdoor areas.

6. Pets

Pets are not allowed at Romantic Wellness B&B. No exceptions apply.

7. Cooking

Kitchenware is available in the accommodation. However, the kitchen is not suitable for preparing full evening meals. There are no hot plates or full-size cooking facilities. Guests are requested not to bring their own cooking equipment. The accommodation is equipped with a refrigerator, water cooker, Nespresso machine, regular coffee maker, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, and related items.

8. Occupancy

The accommodation is intended for a maximum of two guests. Additional guests are not permitted without prior agreement.

9. Liability

Romantic Wellness B&B is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation or its contents.

10. Force majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government measures, or utility failures), Romantic Wellness B&B reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations without liability.

11. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
